Rapid Access Clinic

The Rapid Access Clinic (formerly the Walk-In Clinic) offers same-day appointments for urgent medical issues or when you are unable to obtain a timely appointment with your Seymour Health family doctor or nurse practitioner.

Rapid Access appointments are available to:

• Patients who are attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner at Seymour Health, or
• Patients without a family doctor in BC who have been seen by a Seymour Health Rapid Access physician within the last three years, based on their most recent visit date.

You are not eligible to use the Rapid Access Clinic if:

• You have a family doctor or nurse practitioner outside of Seymour Health, even if you previously used our walk-in clinic, or
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Closed on Statutory Holidays.
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
  Rapid Access is subject to physician availability.
